To me this form of graffiti is art. It's something pleasing to look at. It looks like it belongs here and not something some one came in the middle of the night to deface a building. I believe the owner of this business commissioned the artist for this to be painted at his business and it is a good eye catcher. Some graffiti I found was not art but a nuisance. Denise
